Position Overview:
GreenLeaf Houston is seeking a skilled Pest Control & Mosquito System Technician to service residential and commercial clients throughout the Houston area. This role includes pest control services, mosquito misting system maintenance, fogging treatments, troubleshooting systems, and delivering high-end customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial pest control treatments
- Service and refill mosquito misting systems
- Diagnose and repair mosquito system issues including pumps, nozzles, tubing, timers, and control systems
- Perform mosquito fogging treatments
- Educate customers on mosquito prevention and pest control solutions
- Maintain detailed service records
- Ensure equipment and vehicles remain clean and organized
- Follow all pesticide safety and compliance standards
Requirements:
- Valid Texas Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Pass a drug & background test
- Pest control experience preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders when needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Texas Structural Pest Control License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Self-motivated and dependable
