Position Overview:
GreenLeaf Houston is hiring Seasonal Christmas Light Installers to help create stunning holiday lighting displays across Houston’s premier neighborhoods and commercial properties. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position working outdoors installing roofline lighting, tree wraps, garland, wreaths, and custom holiday displays.
We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy physical work, teamwork, and bringing holiday magic to life for customers throughout the season.
Responsibilities:
- Install Christmas lights on homes, trees, commercial buildings, and landscapes
- Assist with roofline lighting, tree wraps, garland, wreaths, timers, and décor installations
- Load and unload materials and equipment daily
- Work safely on ladders and rooftops
- Follow installation standards and directions from crew leaders
- Maintain clean job sites and company vehicles
- Troubleshoot basic lighting issues when needed
- Represent GreenLeaf Houston professionally with customers
Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work long hours and weekends during peak season
- Construction, landscaping, roofing, or lighting experience is a plus, but not required
- Pass a drug & background test
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Christmas light installation
- Experience using ladders and basic hand tools
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Team-oriented mindset
